Yes! We have a student that has met with 4 of our tutors over a 3 year time-frame and each tutor ends up having difficulty getting through to her. She was diagnosed with a learning disability in school and was passed through. She cried saying she is 29 years old and still can't read. Finally Reading Horizons came to the rescue.
