Here are my 10 favorite books that I read in 2016!

 


1.When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi

What I liked about it: It was beautifully written and moving. I knew when I read it that it could end up being my top book of the year

2. Talking As Fast As I Can: From Gilmore Girls to Gilmore Girls, and Everything In Between by Lauren Graham

What I liked about it: I love Lauren Graham and Gilmore Girls, so there wasn’t much not to like about this one.

3. The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware

What I liked about it: It kept me guessing!

What I liked about it: It was actually very helpful in giving strategies to help form better habits. I actually may re-read this one soon.

What I liked about it: It was a page-turner and my favorite young adult book I read in 2016.

7. Bare Bones: I’m Not Lonely If You’re Reading This Book by Bobby Bones

What I liked about it: He’s my favorite radio personality so I enjoyed learning more about his life.

8. Fervent: A Woman’s Battle Plan to Serious, Specific and Strategic Prayer by Priscilla Shirer

What I liked about it: I loved that a lot of other ladies from church were reading this at the same time to help enhance our prayer lives.

What I liked about it: I actually liked this final book of the trilogy better than the first two!
