I have seen countless educators work tirelessly to unlearn the whole language and balanced literacy and become passionate leaders in the science of reading. When I think of what changes a heart and mind, it goes back to stories. For this, I am so thankful for Emily Handford and her reporting at APM. Specifically, I have seen What The Words Say move the needle for many and believe her work should be required reading for every educator.

Thank you for another great podcast! I am so happy to be in the movement with all of you!
