My favorites are Stand Up / Sit Down, Thumbs Up/ Thumbs Down and Gallery Walk, Tiptoe or Jog. These activities will keep the learner engaged, actively participating, and just having a fun time learning.

It helps with gauging the students knowledge of what we did that day. It also helps them understand the use of the exercises and muscles we are attempting to develop that day.

I like this activity because it requires participation and once the SHARE part comes, it allows each student to get feedback on what they are thinking from the person they are sharing with.
